Thursday Mindfulness Break

This is an online drop-in Mindfulness Break at noon (PST) on Thursdays. Sarah C. Low guides us through a 20-minute mindfulness session focusing on returning to the present moment. Taking a break to pause during the day helps reduce stress, and over time can help improve insight and decision-making. Register here. We ask for a $5 contribution for this session.
