Self-compassion is a powerful skill that helps us care for ourselves and be more compassionate towards others. During this program, we will explore several self-compassion practices and some mindful movement (gentle yoga and Qigong). No experience needed. This program will be led by Sarah Low, a trained mindfulness teacher.
