Join us for this all-day online mindfulness retreat on October 22nd from 11am - 4pm. During this retreat, we will practice present moment awareness through guided mediations, walking meditation, mindful eating, and yoga. This retreat is associated with the Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction 8-week program but is open to anyone who wishes to participate. This retreat will be a hybrid program with some participants joining the retreat in-person in Tacoma, WA.
