Join us for a 3-class series to learn the basics of mindfulness, how mindfulness can help reduce stress, and how to apply mindfulness to everyday life. Each class will include some instruction on mindfulness, some mindful movement using yoga and Qigong, and some meditation. The first class will provide an introduction to mindfulness practices and will include some guided meditations. During the second class, we will learn about stress and how to apply mindfulness to stress management. The third class will focus on applying mindfulness to everyday life. This series is intended to provide a foundation for a mindfulness practice for beginners and an opportunity for those with experience to recommit to their practice. The classes will build on each other, so it is recommended to sign up for all three, but participants can choose to register for classes individually as well. No experience is needed. Register here for these mindfulness classes.
