Nature Mindfulness Walk with Tacoma Tree Foundation

  • Tacoma Nature Center 1919 South Tyler Street Tacoma, WA (map)

Join us as for a nature mindfulness walk at Tacoma’s Nature Center Snake Lake. In this walk, Sarah Low will help us wake up to the sounds of spring by practicing mindfulness as we listen to the trees, the Park’s wildlife–herons, finches, wrens, juncos, crows, amphibians, and more!--our breathing, and silence.

Bring comfortable shoes and dress according to the day’s forecast so you can enjoy the walk! No pets and no bikes allowed for the walk unfortunately. Feel free to request any accommodations if you need at the registration form.

Meeting Point:  Tacoma Nature Center, 1919 South Tyler Street, Tacoma, WA 98405

Register for this free-to-you event at Tacoma Tree Foundation’s calendar.
