How Trees Survive and Thrive

  • Fernhill Library 765 South 84th Street Tacoma, WA, 98408 United States (map)

As the summer ends and fall begins, our mind turns to change. We might be thinking about what we need to make it through the colder and darker days. In this presentation, Sarah Low will provide us with the opportunity to consider the meaning of change by teaching us how trees survive and thrive through the seasons with a special focus on the transition into fall.

Join us at the Fern Hill Tacoma Public Library branch, and get ready to celebrate the changing seasons!

This program is brought to you by Tacoma Tree Foundation and the Tacoma Public Library with the support of Tacoma Creates.

Let us know you're coming!

Getting There:

  • If arriving by public transit, Route 45 runs on Yakima Ave and stops right next to the Library. But Route 1 is only 6 blocks away.

  • If arriving by car, there is parking space available at the Library and in nearby streets.
