20-Minutes of Mindfulness

This is a twenty-minute drop-in online mindfulness session. This session is led by Sarah C. Low who will guide us through 20 minutes of mindfulness focusing on returning to the present moment with compassion. Taking a break to pause during the day helps reduce stress, and over time can help improve insight and decision-making. Register here. This session is offered freely and at no cost.
